Confidentiality & Voluntary Participation

Your participation in the study is completely voluntary. You may choose not to answer any question(s) that you do not wish to discuss and you may choose to end your participation at any time, and for any reason with no consequence whatsoever.

All of the information you supply during the study will be held in confidence and will be available only to members of the research team. Your name will not appear in any report or publication of the research. Confidentiality will be provided to the fullest extent possible by law.

This research study has been reviewed and approved by the Human Participants Review Sub-Committee; Hamilton Intergrated Research Ethics board; York University’s Ethics Review Board and conforms to the standards of the TCPS2 Research Ethics guidelines.
